  • We’re conveniently located at 321 Carlaw Ave, #107 at the corner of Dundas St E and Carlaw Ave in Leslieville, Toronto. Our clinic is easily accessible by TTC, bike, or car.

  • During your initial appointment, your clinician will take the time to review your health history, perform a thorough physical assessment, and discuss your wellness goals. This helps us identify the root cause of what you’re experiencing and create the most effective treatment plan for you.

    You’ll also receive hands-on treatment during this first visit whenever appropriate, along with exercises or strategies you can begin right away—so you leave feeling supported and already on the path toward improvement.

  • You can book your appointment online anytime, call us, or email us directly. Same-day appointments are often available, making it easy to get the care you need when you need it.

  • Your appointment time is set aside especially for you, and we genuinely look forward to supporting you at each visit. We understand that life can get busy and unexpected things come up—truly, it happens to all of us. When an appointment is missed or cancelled last minute, it leaves a gap in our therapists’ day that could have been used to help another patient who’s waiting for care.

    To ensure smooth scheduling for everyone, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, which helps us continue providing timely, high-quality chiropractic and massage care to all our patients.

  • We understand that unexpected things can come up. If an appointment is missed without notice, a 50% fee of the treatment cost will be applied. We appreciate your understanding.

  • We’re happy to accept e-transfers, debit, as well as all major credit cards, including AMEX.

  • Our licensed and registered practitioners are covered under most extended health plans. Coverage can vary, so if you're unsure whether a specific service is included in your plan, it’s best to check directly with your insurance provider.

  • No, you don’t need a doctor’s note to be assessed or treated by our practitioners—you’re welcome to book whenever it’s convenient for you. Some insurance plans do require a physician’s referral, though, so it’s a good idea to confirm this with your insurance company.

  • At this time, we’re not able to accept MVA cases. We also do not accept OHIP or WSIB claims. Thank you for your understanding.
