During your initial appointment, your clinician will take the time to learn about your health history, complete a thorough physical assessment, and discuss your goals. This helps us understand the root of what you’re experiencing and create the most effective treatment plan for you.
You’ll also receive hands-on treatment during this first visit whenever appropriate, along with exercises or strategies you can begin right away—so you leave feeling supported and already on the path toward improvement.
-
You can book online anytime here, call us, or email us directly. Same-day appointments are often available.
-
Your appointment time is set aside especially for you, and we genuinely look forward to supporting you at each visit. We understand that life can get busy and unexpected things come up—truly, it happens to all of us. When an appointment is missed or cancelled last minute, it leaves a gap in our therapists’ day that could have been used to help another patient who’s waiting for care.
To keep things running smoothly for everyone, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if an appointment is missed, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
